Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of the beam insulation system 'R&FC' implemented in a factory in Toyama Prefecture. To avoid aging and dirt when using double-folded plate underlayment with backing insulation material, we adopted an ivory color (Color SGL) to keep the factory bright. In terms of design, we changed the color of the beams to add an accent. Additionally, we used 16kg/m3 100mm insulation material to enhance insulation performance. 【Case Overview】 ■ Installation Location: Factory in Toyama Prefecture ■ Installation Details - Adopted ivory color (Color SGL) to keep the factory bright - Used 16kg/m3 100mm insulation material to improve insulation performance *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of the beam insulation system 'R&FC' installed at a factory in Fukui Prefecture. To reduce internal echo and external sound leakage, perforated boards were used as the underlayment. The interior was finished in white (color SGL), resulting in a bright appearance. Additionally, insulation material with a density of 24kg/m3 and a thickness of 100mm was used, enhancing the insulation performance. 【Case Overview】 ■ Installation Location: Factory in Fukui Prefecture ■ Installation Details - Perforated boards were used as the underlayment to reduce internal echo and external sound leakage. - Insulation material with a density of 24kg/m3 and a thickness of 100mm was used, improving insulation performance. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where the beam insulation system "R&FC" was adopted for the new construction of a gymnasium at a public school in Ishikawa Prefecture. The underlayment material is black, creating a vivid contrast with the white beams. Additionally, insulation material with a density of 24kg/m3 and a thickness of 100mm was used, enhancing the insulation performance. This system allows for the roofing material, insulation, and ceiling to be installed as a single unit and fixed on the beams, significantly reducing the risk of ceiling collapse and eliminating the need for scaffolding, thus shortening the construction period. 【Case Overview】 ■ Construction Location: Gymnasium at a public school in Ishikawa Prefecture ■ Construction Details - Black underlayment material was used, creating a vivid contrast with the white beams - Insulation material with a density of 24kg/m3 and a thickness of 100mm was used, improving insulation performance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationDuring the clear winter days, the new construction of Company A's warehouse in Tochigi Prefecture took place. The installation of the title frame was completed the day before, and on the day of work, we began with the unloading of the underlayment material from "R&FC." After unloading about ten sheets, we fitted each underlayment sheet into the tight frame one by one. About an hour after the unloading started, we made significant progress, and the flat underlayment material looked even more beautiful against the blue sky. We completed the installation of approximately 150m2 in about half a day. Since we are constructing the roof and ceiling simultaneously, this also contributes to shortening the construction period. [Project Overview] ■ Construction Location: Company A's warehouse in Tochigi Prefecture ■ Benefit: Simultaneous construction of the roof and ceiling helps shorten the construction period. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe beam-mounted insulation system "R&FC" prevents ceiling collapse during disasters. By installing the roofing material, insulation, and ceiling components together and securing them on the beams, the risk of ceiling collapse is minimized as much as possible. The upper roofing material consists of corrugated sheets, while the lower roofing material is made of flat colored galvalume steel sheets. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Features】 ■ Integrated installation of roofing material, insulation, and ceiling components secured on beams ■ Minimizes the risk of ceiling collapse as much as possible ■ Upper roofing material consists of corrugated sheets, lower roofing material is made of flat colored galvalume steel sheets *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationIn the Great East Japan Earthquake, ceilings in over 2,000 locations nationwide collapsed. Until now, there had been little in the way of measures to prevent ceiling collapses, but the government has finally established standards and mandated the installation of earthquake-resistant ceilings. However, this incurs additional costs and extends construction periods. In response, our company began researching earthquake-resistant ceilings immediately after the disaster. After much trial and error, we developed the beam-mounted insulation system 'R&FC'. In the installation of ceilings in gymnasiums and factories, since the roof and ceiling can be constructed simultaneously, scaffolding is unnecessary, and construction time is shortened. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"R&FC" is a beam-mounted insulation system that simultaneously constructs the "roof" and "ceiling." Through a unique patented method, it achieves high levels of insulation, workability, and design. By installing and securing roofing materials, insulation materials, and ceiling materials all at once on the beams, the risk of ceiling collapse is minimized as much as possible. The upper roofing material consists of corrugated sheets, while the lower roofing material is made of flat color galvanized steel sheets. Additionally, glass wool is used for the insulation material laid in the middle layer, providing excellent insulation as well as sound absorption performance. Insulation materials are available in 10kg, 16kg, and 24kg options. 【Features】 ■ High insulation and heat retention properties with glass wool ■ Flat ceiling finish that is impossible with double corrugated sheets ■ Installed on beams to prevent ceiling collapse during disasters ■ Additional punching processing on the ceiling surface further improves sound absorption rate *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
