General fuel boilers are unable to completely combust diesel, wasting its thermal energy and increasing the emission of air pollutants. In this case, the Guanlan Yaxiang Plastic Hardware Factory in Bao'an District, Shenzhen (hereinafter referred to as Yaxiang), is a company primarily engaged in plastic raw material processing. We would like to introduce the fuel efficiency test using Euro 5 oil in the ship's generator, conducted with unrefined oil and the EXERGY device, utilizing reformed oil that has been circulated. The test involved attaching an electric water heater to the generator and generating electricity for 2 hours using 2.5 liters of Euro oil to produce hot water. After circulating unrefined oil with the EXERGY device 15 times to reform it, we measured the remaining fuel after generating electricity for 2 hours under resistance.
