In the management of formwork, it is often necessary to conduct measurement and photography work in areas that are difficult to measure, such as steep slopes, which can be dangerous and challenging. Starting from the fiscal year 2020, ICT-based construction methods have been introduced, including ICT slope work (formwork work), allowing for the use of UAVs and other technologies in measurement methods in addition to traditional management. By performing special flights that differ from normal flying and creating high-precision 3D models, we can reduce measurement work on slopes. Using point clouds and other 3D models, the work can be carried out safely and quickly on a desktop. 【Features】 ■ Reduction of measurement work on slopes ■ Efficiency in measurement work by measuring the complex undulations of slopes in a planar manner ■ Safe and rapid execution on a desktop using point clouds and other 3D models ■ Verification of formwork by measuring the 3D model *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationIn UAV plane surveying, the installation of control points is entirely done manually, accounting for about 35% of the total work time. Reducing this task as much as possible is key to increasing productivity. According to an announcement from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, "If a technology for accurately grasping the self-position measurement of UAVs (RTK, PPK) is introduced, the installation of ground control points can be optional, and only accuracy verification at verification points is required." This allows us to omit the installation of control points when capturing images with our UAVs "Phantom 4 RTK" and "Matrice 210 RTK," which are capable of self-position measurement, thereby enhancing productivity. Additionally, we use PPK (Post-Processed Kinematic method using virtual reference points) to correct and analyze to high-precision position coordinates (within ±3 cm in all directions). By conducting drone surveys and generating point cloud data from continuous images with high-precision position coordinates using SfM, there is no need to measure the coordinates of control points and verification points with surveying equipment. This leads to a reduction in work time compared to conventional surveying, and it becomes easy to create necessary cross-sectional views from the point cloud data. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce the roof inspection conducted using a drone. The inspection target was the roof (dimensions 30.5m x 19.6m, area 842m²), and the inspection item was water leakage. As a result of the inspection, there were chips in the tiles, which have a high possibility of leading to water leakage. Since there was no dirt on the chipped areas, it appears that not much time has passed since the chips occurred, so it was considered that water leakage had not yet occurred. Additionally, with the drone owned by our company, it is possible to take high-resolution images even when zooming in from a distance away from the structure. Please feel free to contact us if you require our services. [Work Example] ■ Inspection Target: Roof (dimensions 30.5m x 19.6m, area 842m²) ■ Inspection Item: Water Leakage ■ Inspection Result: There are chips in the tiles, which have a high possibility of leading to water leakage. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce the bridge inspection conducted by our company on a steel bridge completed in November 1965. Due to the inspection being limited to just one day, we were unable to capture images to check for small cracks; however, no noticeable cracks, such as those in the main girders, were found during this inspection. As a result of the inspection, no significant damage to the steel was observed, and if maintenance is to be continued, we recommend repainting to prevent corrosion. By utilizing drones for the inspection, we can eliminate the need for scaffolding setup, allowing for a quick assessment of the bridge's current condition, including any damaged areas. Please feel free to contact us if you require our services. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to reach out to us.

Free membership registrationWe propose the use of drones for surveying, construction management, inspections, and more. In surveying operations, drone photography allows us to obtain millions of point cloud data in a single shot, enabling the creation of 3D models that can be handled in 3D CAD. This means necessary information can be obtained without having to visit the site. Examples: Creation of orthophotos, measurement of distances and areas, creation of restoration drawings for existing bridges. In construction management, point cloud data possesses high precision X, Y, and Z coordinates for all points, allowing for accurate information on the shape of structures, earthwork volumes, and more. Examples: Measurement and verification of shape dimensions on a 3D model, calculation of earthwork volumes on site. In inspection operations, the current condition, such as damage locations, can be confirmed in a shorter period than before. Regular inspections are also effective for managing changes. Examples: Checking for cracks and damage in bridges, confirming sediment accumulation, checking for leaks due to cracked roof tiles. Additionally, we offer a wide range of drone photography services, including landscape photos, videos, and commemorative photos at events. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
