If you do not have 3D data, we will create 3D data from catalogs or 2D drawings to produce the model. It is also possible to create manually operated models. Our company specializes in the cutting and processing of resin and plastic from lightweight metals. We offer machining services using a 5-axis machining center with 3D CAD/CAM. By utilizing a 5-axis machining center, we can process from all directions with a single setup, leading to a reduction in the number of processes and an improvement in quality. Additionally, we can achieve a clean finish on design surfaces through cutting, and we can conduct prototypes using the actual materials of the parts to verify them. We are also capable of prototyping complex-shaped components.
