In the detailed floor plans at Aitec Co., Ltd., drawings are created at a scale of 1:30 from the implementation drawing stage, with precision comparable to construction drawings. By creating detailed drawings from the design stage, we reduce changes after the brochure is made and minimize rework once construction begins. Additionally, this allows for more thorough examination, thereby reducing significant changes after obtaining confirmation applications. The drawings will not be created by operators who can use BIM software; instead, those who have traditionally been responsible for 2D construction drawings and temporary planning will handle this, allowing for the consideration of various details and the creation of a BIM model.
