Suddenly, have you ever cleaned your printer? In fact, printers are designed to accumulate paper dust, waste toner, dirt, and other debris, so cleaning is necessary to continue using them without issues. Since it’s not a malfunction, it’s not worth calling the manufacturer for maintenance, and you may not want to pay for travel and technical fees. In such cases, please leave it to us. Our company has acquired extensive knowledge about printers in general and has established an internal qualification system called "Printer Expert Qualification (PX Qualification)" to build a continuous trust relationship with our customers. More than half of our sales staff hold this qualification. Please feel free to contact us when needed. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to reach out to us.

At Fujita Medical University Hospital, after investigating items with high cost reduction effects, it was found that the expenditure on printer-related goods was very high, and since the amount and quality of paper could not be reduced, the focus for cost reduction was placed on toner. Previously, they had been using manufacturer genuine toner, so they considered switching to recycled products and third-party products. However, concerns about reliability could not be dispelled. Therefore, we proposed our "Repack Toner" and conducted a long-term test over several months, resulting in zero issues. We were able to overcome the challenge of achieving cost reduction while adhering to the absolute condition of "not causing delays in printing operations." [Summary] - Since the amount and quality of paper could not be reduced, the focus for cost reduction was placed on toner. - They had been using genuine toner, which led to concerns about reliability. - After conducting a long-term test, there were zero toner-related issues. - We overcame the challenge of achieving cost reduction while adhering to the absolute condition. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

At Hatsubo Shouji, there has been a high awareness of printing costs for some time, and they introduced recycled toner from other companies at an early stage. However, the company they had been using withdrew from the recycled toner business, and when they urgently requested a company affiliated with the Japan Cartridge Recycling Industry Association, they faced the concern that "the unit price is a bit high." As a result, they switched to our "Repack Toner." They reported that the unit price was lower than expected, and as a result, they were able to reduce costs by about 40% at the beginning of the introduction. [Overview] ■ Already introduced recycled toner from other companies ■ The company they had been using withdrew from the recycled toner business ■ The company they urgently requested had "a slightly high unit price" ■ The unit price was lower than expected, and they were able to reduce costs by about 40% at the beginning of the introduction *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Recently, our company conducted an investigation into toner cartridges that are being sold cheaply online as "recycled toner." - "Easily purchasable from major online shopping sites" - "Contradictory information such as 'domestically recycled' and 'compatible new' is listed in the product descriptions on the site" - "Sold at prices that are incomparably lower than typical recycled toners" We selected toner cartridges that meet the above criteria for our investigation. This document includes "investigation results" and "differences from ktk repacked toner." Please feel free to download and take a look.
