Considering its size for delivery and other factors, we proposed manufacturing it in two parts to the customer; however, since they preferred a single piece, we carefully and meticulously devised the process to ensure it was completed without distortion. This month's best product is the "Wife Ornament of the Six Mon Coins," which is the family crest of the Sanada clan. This ornament is made from 1.6mm Bonded steel plate. Bonded steel plate is a type of steel plate that has been treated on the surface to make it somewhat resistant to rust. The part with the Six Mon Coins and the lower plate are made separately and then combined by welding, carefully adjusted to ensure the bolts fit properly during production. To insert an acrylic panel between the base angle and the steel plate, we made it with a tolerance of within 1mm, as an uneven gap would not allow for a proper fit, and finished it with rust prevention processing. We received a request from a customer for a sink that fits perfectly into the dead space in their kitchen, and we handled everything from design to production. The customer wanted to separate clean and dirty water while washing dishes, so we opted for a double sink. However, since a standard double sink can be costly, we divided the sink in the middle with a board to keep costs down. The middle board is usually 1mm thick, but to prevent warping during welding, we made it 3mm thick, also considering the appearance. The customer mentioned they wanted the bottom of the sink to be flat for easier dishwashing, so we positioned the drain as close to the upper right corner of the sink bottom as possible. Using cost-effective materials, we prioritized making it easy for the customer to wash dishes as per their request. In terms of design, we added a skirt board to ensure that the sink layers are not visible from the front, creating a neat appearance. We received a delightful message from the customer saying, "Thank you for accommodating my detailed requests. The installation is complete, and it fits just as I imagined. I appreciate the careful finishing of areas that I could only describe in feelings."

In the sink used in elementary schools, the inspection port has been designed to be positioned further back so that the toes can fit in. Since we were requested by the customer to manufacture within the budget, we proposed a design that fits within the budget based on the design drawings. Additionally, to prevent water from leaking from the lined countertop, we used stainless steel for the lined post form, and since the sink needed to be deep and seamlessly connected to the back guard, we manufactured it as a single unit. Furthermore, considering the wall dimensions for installation, we allowed for some clearance instead of a perfect fit, and since the inspection port is not likely to be used frequently, we implemented a mechanism that can be easily removed with a magnet. One of our strengths is that we can outsource the drawings and have them properly designed, allowing us to manufacture with precision!

When it stands by the roadside, it may seem small at 5 meters, but when actually produced, it feels very large. There is a 100mm square pipe in the center as a support, and acrylic panels are attached in a panel shape on all four sides with iron plates around it, with LED lights inside to illuminate the sign portion. For the lower part, we proposed using zinc-coated steel plates, which are less prone to rust, to ensure durability.

Its size is an astonishing 6500mm × 5000mm, which is dozens of times larger than a regular hood! Since it cannot be made from a single sheet, it was divided into 8 parts for production. The 8 pieces are welded together, and we carefully and meticulously ensured that the dimensional tolerance between the main body and the base is within ±1mm.
