We would like to introduce a case where our timber was supplied to "Roji Sakaba Perro Inchi," constructed by Gunei Biso Co., Ltd. This property features a semi-outdoor spiral staircase that sits at the center of the building. The R wall made of exposed concrete, which supports the structure, extends directly into the interior of the establishment. In relation to that R wall, we explored the possibility of showcasing wood that we often use in our regular work, and our hinoki plain and upper small paneling was adopted. By applying narrow boards that continue from the interior to the restroom on the R wall, and using a solid piece of ash wood for the counter, a soft space that conveys the warmth of wood has been created, resulting in a very comfortable atmosphere as a tavern. 【Overview】 ■ Design: Ino Architectural Design Office ■ Construction: Gunei Biso Co., Ltd. ■ Supplied Timber: Wall Panels *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where our wood materials were supplied for the "Himeji City Tenryu Charred Cedar House" constructed by Kuohome. The fence material, characterized by its wavy construction that takes advantage of the softness of cedar, is painted with Wood Long Eco on the red heartwood of cedar. This material enhances durability for outdoor use and blends well with the texture of the charred cedar exterior, as if it had always been there. Additionally, for the living room ceiling, we adopted narrow cypress paneling with four grooves. Within this warm space, the dignified aroma and ambiance of cypress are conveyed. 【Overview】 ■ Design: h planning First-Class Architect Office ■ Construction: Kuohome ■ Supplied Wood Materials: Flooring, Ceiling Panels, Stair Materials, Frame Materials, Floor Air Conditioning Grilles, Wooden Fences *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where our wood was supplied for the annex of a dental clinic in Niiza City, Saitama Prefecture, which has been in operation for 60 years. The project started with a request to use specific products that matched the envisioned space. Since it was a custom order, we considered ways to customize standard products while minimizing costs. After reviewing samples and holding multiple meetings, we created wall panels made of the same cedar wood but with various expressions. 【Overview】 ■ Design: Takashi Yamashita Architectural Design Office ■ Construction: Eiko Construction Co., Ltd. ■ Supplied Wood: Interior and exterior wall materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where our timber was supplied to "Shima no Ie," designed and constructed by Hagiwara Construction Co., Ltd. Since there were many structural materials that would be exposed, we had detailed discussions about how many surfaces would be visible and how far the lengths would be visible, preparing to ensure that the materials were appropriately allocated. For the exterior wall materials, square boards were used in a lapped manner. Due to the nature of wood's tendency to "warp," we intentionally used the back side of the wood as the surface to prevent the overlapping boards from "lifting up." We selected clean materials without defects such as insect damage for the back side. [Overview] ■ Design: Hagiwara Construction Co., Ltd. / Tsukuru Kenkyusho, First-Class Architect Office ■ Construction: Hagiwara Construction Co., Ltd. ■ Supplied Timber: Structural materials, end materials, finishing materials, stair materials, floorboards, ceiling and wall boards, exterior wall materials, wooden fences *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where our wood was supplied for the "Fukomeiji Temple Office Building," designed by Riota Design Co., Ltd. The small cedar boards were produced with suggestions from the company on how to showcase the expression of cedar and the processing shapes to make it easier to apply to curved surfaces. Despite being a special size, we considered ways to keep costs down as much as possible. After several meetings with the aesthetically conscious head priest and his wife, they were very satisfied with the ceiling finish using these small boards, and we received the compliment that it was "like a work of art." This residence extensively utilized a wide range of materials, from structural timber to interior materials such as decorative beams made of exposed cedar, and cypress columns and through-columns, which were selected by the family during a factory tour. We received positive feedback, expressing that their enjoyment of building the house and their affection for the wood materials had increased. Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case of timber supply for the "Sakurazaka House" built on a slope in the Hanshin area. The decorative ridge beams and rafters were specified to have as few knots as possible, and since they were not in stock, we required a longer production period, starting from the milling process. After completion, I had the opportunity to visit the site, and it became clear that the materials were crucial to the spatial design. I believe that because we received information in advance and were granted a longer delivery time, we were able to produce beautiful materials. 【Overview】 ■ Design: Toshito Yokouchi Architectural Design Office ■ Construction: Ochi Construction Co., Ltd. ■ Supplied Timber: Structural materials, end materials, eaves ceiling, ceiling boards *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where our wood was supplied to the custom-made counter kitchen "mesure" produced by atelier m4 Inc. They were looking for width-glued materials measuring approximately 1820mm in length, 910mm in width, and 15-20mm in thickness, and requested to keep costs as low as possible, with the condition that any defects, such as knots, should not be too large. Therefore, we proposed a width-glued material made of cedar with small knots and filled knots treated with wood filling, called "Nojimokuma Panel" (25mm thick), along with a panel (15mm thick) that is usually used mainly for back panels. With meticulous processing for items like partition boards and knife holders, the beauty of the cedar grain is enhanced. The aroma when opening the drawers also seems to elevate the mood towards the kitchen. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where our timber was supplied to the break room of Artistree Co., Ltd., which was rebuilt due to aging. The cedar wood used was rejected during flooring production due to defects. This material was skillfully utilized. The cedar wood, carved into curves using a 5-axis CNC machine, is very expressive. Seeing the unique shapes of cedar that we cannot process has made us feel a new possibility to expand the scope of manufacturing. [Overview] ■ Design: NARA Project Members ■ Construction: Artistree Co., Ltd. ■ Timber Specifications: Cedar, Genpei Seibutsu (buried wood), Width 150mm × Thickness 30mm (In addition to Kumano cedar, Yakushima local cedar and Aichi cedar were also used) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Handmade solid wood panels are applied to the front and sides, creating a cohesive texture of wood in the living-dining-kitchen area. In this residence, our materials were used from structural timber to interior materials, including a decorative beam in the living and dining area that was ordered as a single piece with a length of 7500 mm. Initially, it was planned to join 4-meter materials, but we suggested, “How about a single piece of 8 meters instead?” and it was adopted. Additionally, for the custom furniture, we used "Noji Moku's Panel (Width-joined Panel)," creating a space that is very comfortable and dedicated to solid wood throughout.
