Our company conducts various cold sensation comparison tests using "Freeze Tech," which features a cooling print processing. After washing the fabric 50 times, a sample folded in half was used as the test specimen, with a temperature sensor placed at the center of the folded inner side. Approximately 0.2ml of water was dropped onto the center of the test specimen (above the sensor) in an environment of about 34°C, and the temperature of the wet area was measured for 10 minutes. As a result, it was found that the cooling performance can be maintained even after 50 washes. 【Verification Overview】 <Content> ■ After washing the fabric 50 times, a sample folded in half was used as the test specimen, with a temperature sensor placed at the center of the folded inner side. ■ Approximately 0.2ml of water was dropped onto the center of the test specimen (above the sensor) in an environment of about 34°C. ■ The temperature of the wet area was measured for 10 minutes. <Result> ■ The cooling print does not wash out after 50 washes, and the cooling performance can be maintained. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

A sample folded in half is used as the test piece, with a temperature sensor placed in the center of the folded inner side. In an environment of approximately 34°C, about 0.2ml of water is dropped onto the center of the test piece (above the sensor), and the temperature of the wet area is measured for 10 minutes. As a result, it has been demonstrated that there is a cooling performance of -1.4°C compared to untreated fabric. 【Verification Overview】 <Content> ■ A sample folded in half is used as the test piece, with a temperature sensor placed in the center of the inner side. ■ About 0.2ml of water is dropped onto the center of the test piece (above the sensor) in an environment of approximately 34°C. ■ The temperature of the wet area is measured for 10 minutes. <Result> ■ Compared to untreated cooling print fabric, the processed fabric achieves an additional cooling effect of -1.4°C. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe clothing we offer, specialized for heatwave measures, is produced using "Ice Strike Cooling Print Technology." By applying an Ice Strike Cooling Print containing erythritol and xylitol to the entire lining, it absorbs moisture generated from the skin, and due to its heat absorption properties, the fabric temperature decreases, providing a cooling sensation. Furthermore, the cooling effect can be felt even more strongly when exposed to wind. 【Features】 ■ Exhibits three cooling effects through evaporation, contact, and printing ■ Contains erythritol and xylitol ■ Lowers fabric temperature by utilizing sweat and humidity ■ The cooling sensation can be felt even more strongly when exposed to wind *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"FREEZE TECH" is an inner gear specifically designed for heat countermeasures, featuring a "cooling" function enabled by advanced cooling technology. The special print applied to the inside of the wear absorbs moisture (sweat) generated from the skin, lowering the temperature of the fibers themselves due to its heat absorption properties, thus providing a cooling sensation. Furthermore, by receiving airflow, the cooling effect can be felt even more strongly, ensuring comfort in various situations such as indoor and outdoor work, outdoor activities, and sports during the summer. 【Features】 ■ COOL TOUCH FABRIC: Cooling print + contact cooling ■ DRY + HYDRO PHILIA: Quick-drying and moisture-absorbing ■ ANTI BACTERIAL: Antibacterial and odor-resistant ■ UV CUT: UV protection ■ 2WAY STRETCH: Vertical and horizontal stretch ■ MADE IN JAPAN *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
