Free membership registrationMadoka Corporation collaborates on various art projects using technologies such as Ice Melt Cut. By engaging with advanced artists and designers, we blend 'tradition and innovation' within our company. As craftsmen, we continually refine our skills. In the manufacturing industry, where differentiation is challenging, we provide a distinct 'beauty' that sets us apart from other companies. 'Icemelt Cut' is the ultimate laser cutting technology that has obtained domestic patents. Permission from the rights holder is required to use this name. The greatest advantage of using Ice Melt Cut is the 'reduction of costs and lead times.' Since polishing of the cut surfaces is unnecessary, we can dedicate as much time as possible to improving quality. At Madoka Corporation, we operate a wide range of large processing and manufacturing equipment, including one of the largest laser processing machines in the country, allowing us to conduct flexible and responsive in-house production.

Free membership registrationThis is a new movement that was launched to establish the importance of the interior domain in society and to position itself as a professional in creating social assets, through mutual understanding, cooperation, and exchange among various interior-related organizations (currently 26 organizations) that have different purposes and guidelines. Until now, SOL style and Madoka Co., Ltd. have designed and materialized various "worlds of imagination" using acrylic in the "Ice Melt Hotel" and "Ice Melt Inn." This time, we have materialized the core concept of "Ice Melt" by cutting thick acrylic with high technical skill. We designed a "blank space" of imagination that reflects light and gives viewers a new image, and we received an excellence award! Judge Shigeru Kubota commented, "By making countless cuts into the thick acrylic with laser cutting, this thick acrylic bends! Displaying it as if it were a fixture integrated with the wall, the idea that the wall itself bends, likening the bending process to a hinge. Additionally, new attempts were made, greatly advancing the possibilities of acrylic."

Free membership registrationBraille representation is not created or introduced intuitively. Please ensure that it is implemented by a 'specialized contractor' with sufficient knowledge and skills. 【Regarding Expression Methods】 In the case of text, the size of the Braille material that visually impaired individuals will read by touch (approximately B5 size) should be used as a guideline, avoiding bullet points as much as possible (except for legends) and presenting clear written expressions. For tactile maps (floor plans), shapes should be simplified as much as possible, displayed in a size that does not affect the readability of the Braille within. Additionally, Braille processing should have a certain degree of elevation and be displayed with a hardness that does not wear down. 【Regarding Materials for Display Boards, etc.】 Braille processing is possible on materials such as acrylic, vinyl sheets, etc., but in the case of information boards used by able-bodied individuals, directly processing Braille on the screen-printed surface makes corrections difficult. Therefore, it is ideal to use a combination of a screen-printed board (of various materials) and a UV Braille printed board (transparent) as a two-piece set to also protect the printed surface. 《We are offering "Braille Trivia" for download as a PDF!》

Free membership registration**The Beginning of Lasers** The research paper titled "Study of Induced Emission," conducted by Nobel Prize-winning physicist Einstein in the mid-1920s, is the origin of all lasers, including modern laser processing machines. In 1954, he invented and developed the "hydrogen maser," a device that emits microwaves, a type of radio wave, in a linear and powerful manner (a microwave amplification device using induced emission). In 1960, ruby crystals (the medium) were developed, leading to the successful development of a laser oscillator that emits light powerfully. The name "laser" is said to derive from "Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation." *For more details, please refer to external links or feel free to contact us. Free membership registrationLasers can be classified into several categories based on the laser medium. "Solid lasers," where the medium is solid, typically use artificial crystals, with representative examples including "ruby laser," "YAG laser," and "glass laser." Additionally, "semiconductor lasers" are mainly used for low-power lasers and are widely utilized in various fields due to their low cost and compact size, such as in laser pointers and for reading CDs and DVDs in computers. Other types include "gas lasers" and "liquid lasers," where the medium is gas or liquid, respectively. 【Classification by Laser Medium (Partial)】 ■ Solid Lasers - Ruby Laser - YAG Laser - Glass Laser ■ Gas Lasers - Carbon Dioxide Laser (Infrared) - Helium-Neon Laser (Red) - Argon Ion Laser (Blue or Green) - Excimer Laser (Ultraviolet) ■ Liquid Lasers ■ Semiconductor Lasers *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.
