• Facility Design

Here is an example of an airbag installed in a car that has been crushed. The airbag removed from the car is in a state where the back part has popped out. They consist of copper pipes and aluminum fins, and it is possible to completely separate these two materials. It contains a slightly thicker iron frame, and the components are a combination of circuit boards, wiring, and plastics, but they are beautifully disassembled. We would like to introduce an example of disassembling a desktop PC. Traditionally, many screws were removed by hand using an electric screwdriver to disassemble the components of a desktop PC. However, with CFS, it is possible to extract valuable circuit boards in about 5 seconds with minimal damage. Mobile phones are transitioning to smartphones at a considerable speed, and it is expected that older models will gradually decrease, but there are still many phones being discarded. If they are crushed too finely, valuable circuit boards will be reduced to powder, and disassembling them by hand is very cumbersome. At CFS, we crush them while keeping the discharge gate open.
