The "Belt Cleaner" is a product that enhances durability by insert-molding reinforced fabric into wear-resistant rubber, compared to conventional rubber-only products. "Lining" is a processing method that enhances wear resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and corrosion resistance by bonding and lining special rubber to the can body, iron plates, pulleys, tanks, barrel layers, and piping. Additionally, it can also provide soundproofing effects. Furthermore, even if the rubber wears or deteriorates, the equipment can be reused multiple times by replacing the lining, allowing lined can bodies to reduce running costs to about 1/3 to 1/5 compared to standard can bodies, thereby lowering manufacturing costs. We also offer lining with FRP and urethane, and we excel in on-site construction. Depending on the characteristics of the base material, its application, and the desired functions, we select the most suitable materials.
