Our company owns 10 try presses. For high-difficulty products and products with long processes, we can confirm all press processes and focus on the "flow" of processing. Adjustments due to various changes during the try press (processing position, pressure, etc.) can be made smoothly without taking time. Additionally, the shapes for the unfolding trials are produced using a laser processing machine. Long circumferences and skeletons for PRG-type unfolding can be processed in a short time, allowing for the rapid derivation of blank lines. Our company uses CAD/CAM systems and CAE simulation analysis systems to design press mold drawings and create processing data, and we manufacture molds using machining centers and wire cutting. In the development trials of blank shapes, we strive to respond flexibly to customer requests by using fiber laser processing machines.
