At K&M, we collect waste plastics and waste wood generated by our customers, produce recycled products (such as decking and bench materials) from these materials, and promote initiatives for our customers to reuse these recycled products in their own products. We collect and crush the waste drums used by our manufacturing customers through our partner companies. The crushed waste drums are then used as raw materials to create wood decking. Depending on the application, it is possible to perform steel pipe coating (core material: aluminum or steel, etc.) that allows for a design with very high workability and excellent long-term durability. The "K&M manufactured synthetic wood two-layer product" is made from two different types of raw materials (surface material and core material) and is shaped using a two-layer mold. By increasing the resin content of the surface material (to over 80%), weather resistance can be improved, adding value to the product. There are solid and hollow versions available.
