"Bending processing," as the name suggests, is a method of bending plastic into a V shape or an R shape. "Precision machining" refers to cutting processes that produce high-precision machined products or complex shapes. This type of machining is required for parts related to communication equipment, medical devices, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, where adjustments need to be made to the precision of 0.0 mm. It is said that machining becomes significantly more difficult when the thickness exceeds 0.3 mm, as the blades can become rounded or prone to chipping. Common characteristics of polyethylene include being milky white and translucent, lighter than water, and dripping when burned. Its drawbacks include a low softening point and being chemically inert, making direct printing or adhesion difficult. Therefore, methods such as welding are often used instead of adhesion.
