It has obtained registration in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's new technology information provision system NETIS. The core material uses plastic foam (polyisocyanurate foam), and the sandwich structure with weather-resistant steel plates exhibits high soundproofing effectiveness. Due to its lightweight material, it can be processed into various temporary structures such as soundproof walls and soundproof houses without the use of heavy steel frames. The "Double Soundproof Specification Iso Band Soundproof and Thermal Insulation Panel" utilizes two layers of the same product to meet construction conditions with higher environmental standards (such as proximity to schools and hospitals). The "Smart Batcher Plant(R)" is a concrete manufacturing facility that automatically controls the mixing temperature of sprayed concrete, which is a key support material in mountain tunnel construction, allowing concrete to be supplied at a consistent temperature where the performance of the mixed materials can be maximized. In harsh winter conditions with temperatures as low as -20°C, it can reliably produce concrete with a mixing temperature of 25°C.
