Temzack Co., Ltd. has developed a spider-type robot "SPD1" (prototype) to assist in improving the efficiency of sewer inspection work. Currently, over 90% of the equipment used for investigating sewer pipes in Japan consists of wheeled TV camera vehicles, while our robot employs a multi-legged walking style that excels in traversability. Temzack Co., Ltd. has conducted its first harvest at a field in Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture, where it is practicing "WORKROID Agriculture" using robotic technology. WORKROID Agriculture is a labor-saving farming method implemented by our company that can be undertaken even by those without agricultural experience. Despite significantly reducing the labor hours spent on rice cultivation compared to conventional agriculture, we successfully harvested nearly 400 kg per 10 ares of rice. This confirmed the potential to realize the goals of WORKROID Agriculture, such as "labor-saving" and "farming that does not stick to the land." At "EdgeTech+ 2023" held at Pacifico Yokohama from November 15 to 17, 2023, we showcased the smart mobility "RODEM" as a case study of mobility and the SDx model at the booth of NTT Data MSE, a comprehensive integrator of embedded systems and cloud-edge solutions. It was displayed as a concept model of their unique software-first platform (SDx). Temzack Co., Ltd. has developed a multifunctional agricultural robot, "Raichou No. 2," and conducted driving tests and the harvesting of second ears in a field in Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture. This product operates fully electrically and is a relatively small robot capable of agile movements that were difficult with conventional machinery. Temzack Co., Ltd. harvested rice for rice flour using the agricultural WORKROID "Raicho Series" and named the resulting rice flour "Raiko." "Raiko" is provided as trial rice flour to restaurants and other establishments nationwide. Based on the partnership agreement signed in December 2022 with Nobeoka City and the Kitakubo Agricultural Corporation, it is made from two varieties of rice (Mizuhokikara and Fukunoko) cultivated through rice farming. On January 23, 2024, a media promotion event titled "Nobeoka Gastronomica - Nobeoka Gourmet Society" was held in Toranomon, Tokyo, organized by Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture. From February 4 to 6, 2024, at the Dubai World Trade Center in the United Arab Emirates, the "AEEDC Dubai 2024" event featured an exhibition of the pediatric patient robot 'Pedia_Roid' at the booth of Nisshin Co., Ltd.
