Kamon Print Lab Co., Ltd. is a company that specializes in secondary processing of resin materials (punching and laminating) as well as the sale of various processed products and supplies. Our main equipment includes a 150-ton press machine compatible with Thomson and Pinnacle types, capable of handling large-scale punching operations. Additionally, due to its large effective area, it can punch large shape dimensions and multiple shapes at once using a Thomson type die. This is a processing method that uses Thomson dies (wooden dies) and metal dies to punch (press) various materials. A Thomson die is a type of mold that has grooves processed by laser on a base made of plywood or resin board, into which steel blades (Thomson blades) bent into the same shape as the grooves are embedded. We have achieved the punching of hard materials that could only be handled by conventional metal die presses, as well as three-dimensional shapes such as trays and molded products using Thomson presses.
