The "Nikken Zero Construction Method Series" is a ground improvement work that does not use cement-based solidifying agents. [Issues in Ground Improvement Work] ■ Dust problem caused by solidifying agents being blown away by the wind during improvement ■ Industrial waste problem due to residual soil mixed with cement ■ Hexavalent chromium generation problem ■ Decrease in land asset value due to the presence of improved materials during building demolition or sale ■ High demolition costs associated with the removal of improved materials This construction method series solves all these problems. It does not generate dust, industrial waste, or hexavalent chromium, and it prevents a decrease in land asset value.
