By installing relay devices, the transmission distance can be extended to about 3 km, allowing for the collection of water level information over a wide area of approximately 4 km (subject to variations based on site conditions). ■ Low cost and short-term installation Since it does not require power supply work or specialized manhole covers, it can be implemented at low cost and in a short period of time. It is also possible to overlay and display actual measurement data from ground rain gauges and to show aggregated average rainfall results by drainage area.
