Metal fibers produced by the coil cutting method are turned into non-woven fabric using the needle punching method. - It has a high porosity with continuous air holes. - Thickness and density can be adjusted as needed.

• Secondary steel products

Our non-woven fabric technology enables the production of 100% PAN-based carbon fibers. Non-woven fabrics made from 100% carbon fibers can also be produced using virgin fibers as well as various recycled carbon fibers (through methods such as pyrolysis and dissolution). We possess resin impregnation processing equipment, allowing us to impregnate any resin and provide prepreg sheets. The resin's permeability is excellent, making it suitable for use as a substrate in processes like RTM molding. By blending with thermoplastic synthetic resin fibers, we can also create substrates for thermoplastic CFRTP.

• Reinforcement and repair materials

"NANOSPIN-EX" is a spinning ring that maintains the high wear resistance characteristic of coatings while achieving a more uniform surface condition compared to conventional products. The evolved nanometer (1/100,000 mm) sized uniform ring surface structure significantly reduces the variation in surface roughness compared to conventional products, allowing for stable spinning performance from the initial running-in period.
