We also offer a type made with high corrosion-resistant material SUS316, which is suitable for electro-corrosion prevention and joining carbon-based materials. The shield valve rivet is a unique rivet that combines the characteristics of both the bulbing type, which has a large buckling diameter on the back side, and the closed type, which excels in water tightness. It also meets the leakage test standards (JIS C0920) for IPX7.

It is the ideal material for use in corrosive environments. ◆Lightweight 60% lighter than stainless steel. With a weight approximately 60% that of stainless steel and iron, it is the perfect material for applications where further weight reduction is desired, such as automotive and motorcycle exhaust systems and truck bodies. ◆Environmentally friendly material Titanium boasts high recyclability due to its minimal aging degradation. ◆ The rivet body (aluminum) has been thickened, significantly improving its strength. * Compared to the standard type of the same material (φ 4.8): tensile strength is approximately 1.6 times greater, shear strength is approximately 1.7 times greater. ◆ By applying it to aluminum base material, it resolves the issue of galvanic corrosion caused by dissimilar metals. ◆ It can be fastened with a riveter for Φ 4.8.
