The main feature of the "Kekomu Biogas Plant" is that all the methane fermentation tanks, which are the core of the biogas plant, are installed underground. The installation method involves using a specialized machine to rotate and press steel pipes with a diameter of φ2000mm to 5000mm (standard is φ3000mm) into the ground, excavating the soil inside for installation. Once excavated to the specified depth, concrete is poured at the bottom to form a base, and after welding the bottom plate, internal structures are attached to complete the methane fermentation tank. Since the methane fermentation tank can be installed underground where the temperature remains constant throughout the seasons, temperature management, which is a crucial factor in methane fermentation, is made easier. Additionally, there are no structures above ground for the methane fermentation tank, allowing for effective use of the above-ground space. 【Features】 ■ Space-saving through underground utilization ■ Generation of electricity and heat through biogas power generation ■ Reduction of waste volume *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "Kekomu Segment Method" uses a full-circle rotating press-in machine to underwater press-in excavate a concrete composite pipe covered with outer steel plates, constructing a vertical shaft to a specified depth. Unlike conventional methods, after construction, it remains as a manhole structure with part of it left intact, allowing for the omission of on-site pouring work. Additionally, the connection of the segments is designed to be flexible, accommodating seismic level 2. 【Features】 ■ Work inside the vertical shaft to construct the manhole can be omitted by building an inner frame ■ Process time reduced to one-third ■ Complies with seismic level 2 ■ Improved environmental performance, constructability, and construction accuracy *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
