During the process of treating sewage sludge, incineration is considered the most effective means of reducing its volume. However, the incineration ash generated from sewage sludge is not being effectively utilized due to environmental safety issues related to harmful substances, and it is currently being disposed of in landfills. The product "Rebuild Ascon" utilizes the properties of sewage sludge incineration ash, which are nearly equivalent to fillers used in asphalt mixtures, allowing the ash to be used as a substitute for fillers in asphalt mixtures. In this process, harmful heavy metals in the sewage sludge incineration ash are stabilized (rendered insoluble), and the stabilized ash is mixed into the asphalt mixture.
