In general, the adhesive used to attach the heater to the heating target is the limiting factor that determines the heat resistance temperature. Our company can adhere the heater to the object without using conventional adhesives through our unique attachment technology. Additionally, during thermal pressing, we use a special treatment furnace instead of a mechanical press, conducting the process in a high-temperature gas pressure environment. As a result, there is no excessive load, making it suitable for application to brittle materials such as ceramics. Due to the gas pressure, it is possible to attach not only flat shapes but also curved surfaces.

The Minco CT398 temperature controller uses the heater line (which employs materials with high TCR*) as a temperature sensor, allowing for regular temperature monitoring. This enables the measurement of the heater surface temperature without the need for an additional temperature sensor. The temperature is controlled by comparing the set temperature with the actual measured temperature, which adjusts the output power accordingly.
