This technology is a method to prevent overall landslides that occur across the entire surface layer of a slope, as well as localized collapses that occur within a narrow range between full-threaded deformed steel nails (hereinafter referred to as "nails"). It consists of an effective assembly of components against surface layer collapses by connecting and combining high-strength wire mesh, nails, spike plates, and other materials. There are two types of methods: one that addresses surface sliding using wire mesh and another that addresses falling stones and floating rocks using spider nets. 【Features】 ■ Designed to respond to collapses with an assumed sliding layer thickness of 1.5m or less ■ Effective component configuration against surface layer collapses *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe technology combines high-strength nets with spider plates and reinforcement materials to create a ground reinforcement soil engineering method designed to prevent surface collapses at depths of 3.0 meters or less. It is considered that the overall stability is resisted by the reinforcement work, and the resistance to gaps between reinforcement materials is provided by the tensile strength of the high-strength net. Additionally, the resistance is effective at the intersections of the spider plates and high-strength nets. The spacing of the reinforcement materials is a maximum of 2.0 meters. 【Features】 ■ Addresses collapses with an assumed slip layer thickness of 3.0 meters or less ■ Relatively suppresses landslides with low loads ■ Maintains a beautiful landscape as no concrete structures are laid on the slope ■ Eliminates the need for concrete laying or rebar assembly on the slope ■ Facilitates construction management and shortens construction periods, leading to cost reductions *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "High-Strength Net Method" is a flexible slope stabilization technique that uses high-strength nets made from hard steel wire with a nominal tensile strength of 1,770 N/mm² as the main material. By fully utilizing its mechanical properties, it enables safe slope stabilization within a short construction period. Additionally, various nets are available for different applications, allowing us to meet a wide range of diverse needs. 【Features】 ■ Quick installation ■ Wide applicability ■ Cost-effective ■ Environmentally friendly *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
