This year's IT Implementation Subsidy has seen a significant decrease in the acceptance rate compared to previous years. Many companies are struggling with the situation of having wanted to implement IT tools but being rejected. In this seminar, we will explain why the acceptance rate has dropped, the background behind it, and the key points for being accepted. Additionally, we will introduce our initiatives that have achieved a 100% acceptance rate so far this year and the reasons why our production management system "TED," registered as an IT tool, is chosen. On October 17, 2025 (Friday), at the Iwate University Center for Production Technology Symposium "Opening Paths in the VUCA Era 3 - From Hanamaki to the Nation and the World," Shiro Abe, President of Ishigami Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Shintaro Abe, Executive Officer of Project Co., Ltd. will give an invited lecture. "Dual Management Strategies for Small and Medium-Sized Manufacturing Enterprises in Response to a Declining Population Society" In this lecture, specific counter-strategies to the declining population faced by modern small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises will be presented by Ishigami Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Project Co., Ltd., which participated in its establishment and received the "Japan DX Award 2025 Excellence Award" in the support category.
