• Fluorescent Light Type

We would like to introduce a case of replacing "approximately 800 pressurized exhaust fans" at a food factory. The pressurized exhaust fan near the area where steam is generated was malfunctioning. Unable to exhaust the steam, the environment became poor, and since it had been in use for quite a long time, it was urgently replaced with a new one. After the installation, the new pressurized exhaust fan had a higher capacity, and the steam exhaust significantly improved compared to the previous model. • Ventilation and smoke exhaust equipment

We would like to introduce a case where we created a "special cart for mounting jigs" that allows for rotation and height adjustment for a food factory. Before implementation, the jigs weighed about 15 kg and were located at a height of approximately 1 meter, requiring manual replacement each time, which placed a significant burden on the workers. By using the implemented product, the burden during replacement was eliminated, and tools and parts could now be moved simultaneously to the replacement location. • Trolley

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured an "alcohol container" used for adding ingredients to a food factory. Before implementation, workers were dipping both hands into alcohol using a stainless steel basin, which required bending over and dipping dozens of times each time, placing a significant burden on them. After implementation, by placing the alcohol container close to the area where ingredients are added, the need to bend over for dipping was eliminated. Additionally, the burden on workers was reduced, work efficiency improved, and it contributed to the enhancement of the workplace environment.
