The "Isolation System" is a power supply peripheral equipment that provides stable and safe electricity to medical rooms where severe medical procedures are performed. Using equipment such as isolation transformers (IT) and current monitoring devices (LOM), it offers a safe and stable power supply that minimizes the risk of electric shock accidents. This catalog includes examples of isolation system configurations, as well as information on maintenance, inspections, updates, product specifications, and usage. [Contents (partial)] ■ Power supply equipment for medical rooms - Isolation system - Non-grounded wiring method - Insulation monitoring - Current monitoring - Products from Ko Shoko ■ Product specifications and usage - Insulation monitoring and current monitoring device (LMI-2) - Insulation monitoring display and current monitoring display (CF-151, CF-102A) - Overcurrent alarm device (LIA-10A) - Isolation transformer (CIT) - Connection examples - Construction precautions - Usage precautions *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce the "LSIG-8/LIG-11," an insulation monitoring device with leakage direction functionality for low-voltage direct grounding circuits, handled by Hikari Shoko, which manufactures and sells electrical equipment. The I0r detection method detects not only the current (I0) identified by the ZCT but also the circuit voltage. Based on this voltage, it calculates and removes the current flowing through the capacitive component (reactive component: I0c) to isolate and detect only the current flowing due to insulation resistance (active component: I0r). Our I0r detection method adopts a system that inputs the actual voltage between the circuit and ground, rather than the line-to-line voltage of the circuit, allowing for more accurate insulation monitoring based on a realistic I0r value. 【Features (LSIG-8)】 ■ I0r detection method insulation monitoring device with 8 circuit aggregation ■ Equipped with functionality for 8 circuits ■ Stores and displays numerical data from the last 10 alarm activations *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationIntroducing the insulation condition monitoring system (with leakage direction function) for low-voltage direct grounding circuits, handled by Hikari Shoko, which engages in the manufacturing and sales of electrical equipment. The Igr/Ior switching type insulation condition monitoring device "LIG-2" backs up insulation monitoring by switching methods in circuits with high noise levels. It can complement the advantages and disadvantages of both Igr and Ior methods. The "LNV-1B" is a device that generates a reference voltage signal (20Hz, 10V) for monitoring insulation using the Igr method, and it is used in combination with a transformer (GM30B). 【Features (LIG-2)】 ■ Igr←→Ior method switching function ■ Backs up insulation monitoring by switching methods in circuits with high noise levels ■ Complements the advantages and disadvantages of both Igr and Ior methods ■ Numeric display function (displays current values and maximum values of Igr, Ior, and Io) ■ Leakage direction discrimination function ■ Stable detection unaffected by harmonic components due to digital filtering *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
