The copper stainless steel bearing material HLS20 is a stainless steel bearing material characterized by its copper content. During shaft movement, trace amounts of copper precipitate on the surface, serving the role of oil, making it a groundbreaking oil-less bearing material that reduces friction heat. Moreover, it is much more affordable than phosphor bronze while improving performance, making it a very user-friendly material. With the cooperation of a bearing manufacturer, a test was conducted using SUJ2 for the shaft and HLS20 for the bearing, resulting in a wear test of 5 million reciprocations over 17 days, with a maximum temperature difference of +3°C. Features of MTA-HLS20: 1. A copper stainless steel alloy containing 20% copper, with excellent castability and machinability. 2. It has a high melting point, high corrosion resistance, and dirt resistance, making it ideal for high temperatures, corrosion, and marine environments. 3. It possesses high strength characteristics and excellent wear resistance and precision maintenance in high-load usage environments. 4. It can be used without solid lubricants like carbon, significantly reducing processing costs associated with carbon insertion. 5. While priced similarly to bronze alloy materials, it outperforms copper alloys in wear and corrosion resistance. 6. It solves friction/wear issues in mechanical parts, reducing production costs and improving mechanical performance.

Already in February, the maximum temperature has exceeded 25°C, and algae begin to appear when temperatures exceed 20°C, rapidly multiplying when temperatures exceed 25°C. If this trend continues, we predict that algae will start to appear around mid-March and begin to proliferate around mid-March. Therefore, we would like to introduce the ultimate solution for "algae" and "blue-green algae." The original MTA alloy product, "Kiyomizu Ball CS10." This is a ceramic ball made by mixing a little of our developed copper stainless powder with "loess," a natural soil commonly known in beauty products, and firing it at 1000°C. The copper stainless inside generates OH radicals that repel bacteria and viruses, fundamentally suppressing the occurrence and proliferation of algae. Last summer, we conducted demonstration experiments in ponds at several golf courses overseas, and as a result, algae that were supposed to appear every summer did not occur, maintaining a clear and transparent water surface. It can also be used in hydroponics, fish tanks, and ornamental plants, in addition to ponds. We are looking for trading companies and wholesalers that can handle Kiyomizu Balls.
