Earth and Water visualizes and shares water-saving conditions and maintenance history with customers by creating and providing a "customer record" for each customer. Additionally, we have established a prompt and comprehensive support system with specialized staff belonging to our nationwide offices. Once a year, our staff conducts inspections of water-saving devices and adjusts water flow rates, working to maintain a comfortable usage environment and the effectiveness of water conservation. We can also respond to plumbing issues and update faucet fixtures. As part of the company's CSR activities, measures against global warming are being implemented. In fact, "water conservation" is also one of the measures to combat global warming (reducing CO2 emissions), but there has been no logical method to calculate and visualize the quantity. Therefore, we have started the "CO2 (GHG) emission reduction activities through water conservation" project with Mr. Naoki Matsuo, an authority on climate change and global warming issues.
