The "KS-EGG-SE Method" is a ground improvement technique for soft ground that achieves reduced vibration and noise, utilizing a non-vibrating, low-noise sand compaction pile method (static compaction sand pile method). In conventional sand compaction pile methods (vibrating SCP method), the impact of vibration and noise on surrounding areas is significant, particularly in urban areas or regions close to structures, which can hinder smooth construction execution. The "KS-EGG-SE Method" is designed to address such situations. In sandy ground, it serves as a countermeasure against liquefaction, while in cohesive soil, it is one of the density-increasing methods that enhance ground stability by increasing bearing capacity. 【Features】 - Non-vibrating, low noise… Smaller compared to vibrating SCP methods - Assurance of quality… Higher compaction effect on the ground. Comparable improvement effect to vibrating methods during construction - High construction capability… Can penetrate even with some obstacles or hard layers. Cost-effective and rapid construction is possible as pre-excavation is not required - Use of recycled materials… Effective utilization of materials such as glass sand, recycled crushed stone, and slag as pile materials For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "KS-S・MIX Method" is one of the deep mixing treatment methods and is a large-diameter relative mixing method with a single shaft of large diameter (φ1600mm to φ2000mm). By achieving relative mixing between the outer and inner wings, it realizes three-dimensional mixing from planar mixing, enabling the creation of high-quality improved bodies with consistent quality due to excellent mixing performance. Additionally, it allows for drilling into hard ground, and the outer vertical wing rotates while contacting the drilling wall, and rotates relative to the inner wing, thereby reducing lateral impact. 【Features】 - Large diameter construction (single shaft of φ1600mm to φ2000mm) - Assurance of quality For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
