Free membership registration■The crushing particle size is stable. —The third stage of crushing is performed using a grid-like lower screw blade and fixed blade, ensuring stable crushing particle size. —Since no screens are used to standardize the particle size, the processing capacity per hour is high. ■Large items can be crushed effortlessly. —Thanks to the screw counter-type crushing principle and the three-stage crushing process, large items can be crushed without putting strain on any parts. Additionally, we will solve another problem that has been troubling everyone. This relates to the structure of the screw blade. Regarding the high risk of damage to blades from the inclusion of metals in ordinary crushers: ■There is minimal damage to the blade edges from foreign objects (mainly small metals like nails). —Small metals such as nail remnants pass through the gap of the upper roll blade and the grid of the lower roll blade, preventing damage to the screw roll blade and fixed blade.
