The "Wire Network Construction" is a method that has been developed by further pursuing the excellent characteristics of the wire netting method, which has been well-regarded as a rockfall prevention measure. By adjusting the anchor spacing per span compared to the conventional wire netting method, we have reduced construction costs by approximately 10% while maintaining the same restraining force. Additionally, the adoption of tension bars (tension maintenance devices) allows for the adjustment of the expansion and contraction of wire ropes due to seasonal temperature changes, securely holding down boulders with stable tension.
