Normally, using full glass would allow for more light (sunlight) to be captured, but due to an unavoidable beam that cannot be removed, we divided the glass and created a light-blocking panel of the same shape for the beam area, resulting in a well-balanced product without compromising the exterior shape.

By using glass for the top panel, natural light enters the room. We design according to the structure, so we can accommodate any size.

We carried out design and product manufacturing tailored to the opening dimensions and steel framework. ☆ To accommodate the opening dimensions, we can respond to any type of opening.

• Skylight Ventilator

The original drawings did not include this, but we received an urgent request from the customer, and since the ready-made products could not meet the timeline, there was also a request to ensure that the appearance was not compromised. We designed it using bending processing, so size changes are possible, and it can be installed anywhere.

• Inspection hatches, manhole covers, and ditch covers

The effective opening can be set somewhat freely. The door section can be chosen between a top plate type and a glass (light-transmitting) type. ☆ If the standard size does not fit, custom dimensions can be designed and manufactured.

Even in complex terminal processing such as parapet sections and vertical rises on the roof, the coping can easily and reliably handle the terminal sections. Initially, we were manufacturing using aluminum profiles, but we were unable to change the sizes, and there were requests to accommodate various sizes. We reviewed the design in-house and produced it, applying an acrylic resin-based baked paint finish.

• Air conditioning equipment

Typically, anchor bolts were measured and installed individually one by one, but by constructing them as a unit integrated into the angle from the beginning, accuracy has improved and mistakes have been eliminated.

• Steel bar construction

Rainwater collected from rooftops through roof drains is directed outside the building via a leader pipe and drained to the ground through a downspout. At the point where the leader pipe exits to the outside, the drainage pipe is bent at a right angle, making it prone to blockages from fallen leaves, dust, and mud that pass through the drain. Therefore, a box with a lid is installed for decoration and cleaning purposes in this section. The surface treatment was finished with an acrylic resin-based baked coating. ☆ The person in charge was not satisfied with the standard decorative box, so it was designed from scratch as an original.

• Drainage and ventilation equipment

The ventilator protects workers' health from various heat, steam, unpleasant odors, gases, and dust that occur indoors. It features a design that naturally matches the exterior of buildings such as factories and warehouses, allowing for free-size ventilation and smoke exhaust design, with a large opening area, making it very advantageous for buildings with high thermal loads. As it is a ventilation system that utilizes natural forces (natural ventilation method), it contributes to energy savings in factories and warehouses.

• Ventilation and smoke exhaust equipment

We received a request to prevent pests from entering through the currently installed ventilation system. Since there are no issues with the ventilation system itself, we decided to cover the system. Because the mounting frame requires strength, we used stainless steel, and for the frame that will hold the insect mesh, we chose aluminum angles considering the weight and other factors.

The expansion joint covers installed in seismic-resistant buildings are required to maintain functionality and be usable without excessive damage after an earthquake. In particular, products around the exterior are used at entrances such as walkways and driveways, and it is often seen that non-walking areas are blocked off with a dog run made of the building's structure.

It is used to move heavy objects to points that cannot be accessed by a permanent crane on a roof with poor footing. By using a round pipe for the handle, it becomes easy to grip, allowing for safe and reliable movement of the product.

• Fittings construction

We designed the product with the idea of being able to display bicycles, helmets, and apparel in one's room. The stand can hold two bicycles vertically and has space on both sides to display a helmet and apparel, allowing for an all-in-one showcase. This was created for the bicycle-loving market in Europe. (Exhibited at the 2014 Frankfurt Ambiente trade fair)

• Spatial Design

This is a ventilation device for privacy that was installed to match the opening left after the removal of an old product from another company due to roof renovation work. Since the opening sizes of the old product and the new product to be installed are different, we designed it to accommodate each size. Because the old product had various wiring for equipment that could not be removed, we pre-processed the product with holes for wiring. After installing the cover, we also created a sealing pocket to prevent rainwater and other elements from entering.

There was a request to change the exhaust direction of the existing forced ventilation system to one direction. Additionally, to reduce costs, it was requested to use commercially available aluminum louvers, so we designed and manufactured the framework of the ventilation system to fit the standard louvers.

The user requested the production of a display stand because there are no commercially available stands that match their image for presenting product explanations on a display monitor at the exhibition. We processed holes in square pipes and finished them with a black matte acrylic resin powder coating.
