Free membership registrationAt the chemical manufacturer, when attempting to operate the outdoor blower motors, the leakage circuit breaker would trip, preventing operation. While predictive maintenance is necessary, there were challenges such as the effort required due to the presence of multiple blowers. Therefore, we introduced our "IRS-9500 (main unit)." Once a week, we create a timing for all blowers to stop and conduct a collective measurement. If any measurements fall below the pre-set threshold, an abnormal output is sent to the PLC, and a notification is sent to the office. Additionally, using the configuration tool (software included with the main unit), it is possible to check the historical data of each blower and understand the degradation trends. We received feedback from customers stating, "It is much easier to manage than manual methods, and it is very convenient." *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationAs an issue, it was pointed out that "due to heavy rain, the river swelled, and the pump that was supposed to drain water did not operate due to insulation deterioration," and "after that, workers were regularly conducting insulation measurements, but since the pump room was located far away, it was very difficult and time-consuming, so we wanted to implement some measures." Therefore, we introduced our "IRS-500 (main unit)" and "IRS-DA (analog output device)." The measured values are input from the "IRS-DA" to the control panel's PLC. With the PLC system, if the measured values fall below the pre-set insulation degradation threshold, a notification is sent to the office as an insulation deterioration alarm. We received feedback from our customers saying, "It automatically measures, and we can check the deterioration alarm without going to the site, making it much easier." *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationAt an automobile manufacturer, a rare short circuit occurred due to insulation degradation while using a machining tool for overhauls, nearly causing a fire. It was necessary to take urgent measures to prevent recurrence. Therefore, we introduced our "IRS-500 (main unit)" and "GP4115T2D-IRS (display unit)." To detect signs of degradation at an earlier stage, we utilized the pre-warning function of the display unit, which triggers an alert if the values fall below a pre-set threshold. During equipment downtime, insulation resistance is automatically measured, and the values are checked on the display unit before operation. We received feedback from the customer stating, "Over the years since the introduction, there have been several warnings of insulation degradation, but we were able to take measures before any failures occurred, which was extremely helpful." *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe are introducing a video that outlines the flow from wiring to data collection for the "Processing Abnormality Detection Device CIU." It concisely summarizes the necessary signals, data collection methods, and data verification processes. This content is useful not only for those considering implementation but also for those who have already purchased the device. We encourage you to watch it. By implementing the CIU in machine tools such as machining centers, you can visualize the conditions during processing loads in waveform, allowing for the detection of tool wear and breakage, and determining the appropriate timing for tool replacement. *For more details about the product, improvement cases, and mechanisms, please view the PDF available for download or feel free to contact us. *Demo units are available for loan! Please consult us through the contact form on our website.

Free membership registrationIt measures high-reliability insulation resistance using the megger method. It automatically monitors the insulation condition of various motors installed in machine tools. This reduces maintenance costs and the burden of maintenance inventory costs, allowing for the prevention of sudden line stoppages in advance. No power outage of equipment is required. Due to the megger method, it can measure high-precision values at a lower cost than the I0r method. Measurements can be taken after the motor has completely stopped, thanks to a delay timer. Alarm output settings can be differentiated from four types of measurement values (selectable from 1MΩ, 5MΩ, 10MΩ, 20MΩ). It is highly versatile and does not depend on the equipment, capacity, or manufacturer. Although it is a high-voltage measurement method, there is no concern about electric shock. It is compatible with equipment that requires safety circuits. By connecting an optional touch panel, detailed settings and history management can be performed.

Free membership registrationThe "Processing Abnormality Detection Device" developed by Takenaka Electric is a detection device that alerts users to abnormalities before cutting tools deteriorate and cause defects in workpieces. By implementing it in machine tools such as machining centers, users can visualize the conditions during processing loads in waveform, allowing for the detection of tool wear and breakage, and determining the appropriate timing for tool replacement. Additionally, since it utilizes clamp-type sensors, it can be retrofitted to existing equipment. 【Are you facing any of these issues with cutting tools?】 ■ Tool replacement is determined by the number of uses. If only we knew when to replace them, we could eliminate losses... ■ Tool replacements occur only after defects arise. Defective products inevitably appear before replacement... ■ If we could optimize the timing for cutting tool replacements, we could gain cost advantages... → These issues can be resolved with Takenaka Electric's Processing Abnormality Detection Device! * For product details, improvement cases, and mechanisms, please view the PDF available for download or feel free to contact us. * Demo units are available for loan! Please consult us through the inquiry form on our website.
