Free membership registrationThis is a professional electromagnetic wave radar method rebar detection device (buried object detection device) that features the world's first wireless operation for the display and control sections. It is characterized by its ability to probe to significant depths among electromagnetic wave radar devices, capable of inspecting concrete interiors up to approximately 450 mm deep. Three operational modes that cater to specific needs: ● Normal Mode Similar to conventional methods, this mode allows users to check the exploration images at hand via handle operation. ● Handle-less Mode By removing the handle, it enables exploration in narrow spaces, such as piping areas, which were previously inaccessible with conventional devices. ● Extension Mode By attaching the included operation rod, it allows for exploration at heights that were unreachable with conventional devices during scaffold or gondola work (exploration images can be checked at hand). The NJJ-200 excels in probing deep buried objects; however, compared to the NJJ-105, it tends to have more noise in reflection images when probing shallow buried objects, which may lead to the possibility of technicians overlooking reflective materials. Therefore, for probing PVC pipes, CD pipes, voids, and small boards at depths of about 50 mm or less, the NJJ-105 is more advantageous. *Generally, probing deep buried objects at depths greater than 20 cm is challenging unless one is an experienced operator.

Free membership registrationThe FerroScan PS300 is a concrete detector that estimates the position of rebar, cover thickness, and rebar diameter in structural analysis. The FerroScan PS300 is positioned as a cutting-edge exploration device. The results of rebar detection in concrete are displayed on a large 12.7 cm (5-inch) touchscreen, allowing for rebar detection and position analysis to be conducted in a single field survey. By importing the exploration data into Hilti's PROFIS Detection software on a computer, more detailed analysis and data sharing between various formats can be performed. Exploration results and analysis reports can be generated with a single click. <High-frequency, high-density exploration with multiple sensors> Thanks to Hilti's unique sensor arrangement, which consists of five independent sensors lined up in series, 15 cm wide scan data can be obtained in a single exploration. When the scanner, which incorporates these sensors, is scanned, it can collect exploration data over a width of 15 cm and a maximum distance of 50 meters in one go. The FerroScan PS300 is capable of acquiring high-density, extensive scan data in a short amount of time.

Free membership registrationThe PS1000 is a high-performance radar exploration device equipped with three sets of transmitting and receiving antennas. It operates by emitting radio waves from one antenna and receiving them with the other three antennas, allowing it to gather a large amount of reflection information in a single operation. It excels in data collection and display in 3D, and is the only handheld radar exploration device capable of real 3D display. The 3D displayed images are highly visible and particularly demonstrate their performance in exploring buried pipes that are bent, curved, or interrupted! <Strengths> ● Easy confirmation of buried conditions for anyone viewing the 3D display ● Accurate exploration of interrupted or bent buried pipes ● Easier to confirm the buried conditions behind rebar compared to other models ● Capable of exploring live wires! *Responds only in very shallow cases for low voltage <Weaknesses> ● Weak on uneven surfaces (exploration not possible) ● Exploration not possible if the range is narrow (requires an additional 400mm margin in all directions) ● Large and heavy, making it vulnerable to obstacles (exploration not possible), and cannot be used for long periods ● Good visibility, but marking on-site takes time and may result in errors ● Cannot confirm accurate depth information

Free membership registrationThis is a professional electromagnetic wave radar method rebar detection device (buried object detection device) with the world's first wireless display and operation unit. It is characterized by its deep exploration depth among electromagnetic wave radar devices, capable of investigating concrete interiors up to approximately 450 mm deep. Three operational modes that reach the itchy spots: ● Normal Mode Similar to conventional methods, this mode allows for checking exploration images at hand through handle operation. ● Handle-less Mode By removing the handle, it enables exploration in narrow spaces, such as piping areas, which conventional devices could not access. ● Extension Mode By attaching the included operation rod, it allows for exploration at heights that conventional devices could not reach during scaffolding or gondola work (exploration images can be checked at hand). The NJJ-200 excels in detecting deep buried objects; however, compared to the NJJ-105, it may have more noise in reflection images for shallow buried objects, which could lead to technicians overlooking reflective materials. Therefore, for detecting PVC pipes, CD pipes, voids, and small boards at depths of about 50 mm or less, the NJJ-105 is more advantageous. *Basically, it is difficult for those who are not experienced in exploration to detect deep buried objects at depths greater than 20 cm.

Free membership registrationSale - Sale of Exploration Equipment We also handle the sale of specialized exploration equipment at reasonable prices. Our distinguishing feature is our thorough after-sales support, which includes on-site handling instruction training and support for skill development by exploring together in the field. If you make a significant purchase, it has no value unless you can use it effectively! When purchasing exploration equipment or checking its practicality by contacting the manufacturer, you often hear claims that "anything is possible," or you are only recommended their own products, or they speak poorly of competitors' products. There are also many instances of poor after-sales support, such as ignoring requests for judgment when sending exploration images for difficult explorations that cannot be conducted. From my own experience, manufacturers only understand competing products superficially and are not familiar with their usage. Yet, they freely speak negatively about them. They only highlight the positives of their own products and do not mention the negatives (what cannot be done). This leaves customers confused about what to trust. We have skilled technicians (qualified professionals) who have been conducting explorations in the field for many years, and we propose the most suitable exploration equipment for your specific site conditions. Please feel free to consult us about anything!

Free membership registrationPROCEQ's electromagnetic induction method (pulse induction method) rebar detector for internal concrete inspection. The Profoscope is a rebar detector that achieves miniaturization and lightweight design while maintaining measurement accuracy for cover thickness similar to that of the company's Profometer. This cordless rebar detector allows for rebar detection, cover measurement, and rebar system estimation. Compatible with JASS 5 T-608! It accurately measures the cover thickness of mainly shallow rebars in concrete. *The cover thickness that can be measured with high precision is approximately up to 70mm. By integrating the display device with the sensor, it enables simpler measurements that are more suited for field use. The target on the screen moves in alignment with the position of the rebar, making it easy for anyone to use. When the probe approaches ferromagnetic metals such as rebar, the secondary voltage of the overcurrent changes, allowing for the detection of rebar position and measurement of cover thickness. It is used to investigate the rebar arrangement, cover thickness, and diameter of rebars in concrete structures for construction management and quality control, as well as for core drilling in renovation work and seismic reinforcement, and for investigations to prevent rebar cutting in post-installed anchor work.

Free membership registrationThis is a back-side marking device made by Hilti Japan. It can measure concrete thickness of up to approximately 1 meter. ● In places where relying on drawings is difficult, the need for repetitive and complicated measurements, as well as the construction of trial holes, which have been labor-intensive tasks, becomes unnecessary. ● The entry position can be determined by aiming at the outlet of the through hole, thus avoiding upward drilling operations. ● During X-ray exploration (radiography), it is possible to determine the X-ray irradiation position and the film installation position on the back side of the concrete, as well as to investigate the thickness of the structure, allowing for the determination of the X-ray dosage and exposure time!
