We would like to introduce the construction history of the pressure welding and welding projects from the Joint Division of Actis Co., Ltd. In pressure welding projects, we have experience with hotels, elementary schools, company housing, hospitals, universities, and various facilities. In welding projects, we have worked on condominiums, national museums, and nursing homes. Additionally, we have numerous achievements in the Track Division, including rail gas pressure welding, rail improvement enclosure welding, and rail gold summit projects. 【Project Overview】 〈Joint Division〉 ■ Pressure Welding ■ Welding *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur ultrasonic testing of gas pressure welded joints follows JIS Z 3062 (Ultrasonic Testing Method and Evaluation Criteria for Gas Pressure Welded Joints of Deformed Bars for Reinforced Concrete). For setting the reference level, the gain value of the ultrasonic testing device is established at the base material of the rebar using the two-probe transmission method. During the testing operation, the gain value of the tester is increased by 24 dB from the reference level setting, and a reflection echo of -24 dB is used as the pass/fail judgment level. If an echo above this level is detected, it is deemed a failure. 【Procedure for Testing Method】 1. Setting the reference level (two-probe transmission method) 2. Increasing the gain value by 24 dB 3. Testing operation (two-probe K scanning method) 4. Pass/fail judgment *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Flare welding" is a method of joining overlapping parts of rebar using arc welding. It is used in seismic reinforcement work for elevated highways and bridges, for joining column hoop bars, the hairpin bars of steel pipe piles, and floor slab bars. Please feel free to consult us when needed. 【Features】 ■ Joins overlapping parts of rebar using arc welding ■ Used for joining column hoop bars, hairpin bars of steel pipe piles, and floor slab bars in seismic reinforcement work for elevated highways and bridges *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "N-NT Method" is a rebar welding joint method that joins rebar using a semi-automatic carbon dioxide arc welding technique. Steel materials are processed into a semicircular shape and attached to the two rebars to be joined, with a joint sleeve equipped with a welding root spacing guide in the central part to maintain the root spacing. Additionally, the backing plate functions to hold the rebar and fill it with welding metal. 【Features】 ■ Excellent workability ■ Portable construction equipment makes it easy to work in narrow spaces ■ Allows for joining fixed rebars without pulling them together ■ Suitable for precast methods and rebar pre-assembly methods ■ Use of improved joint sleeves (dragonfly-type sleeves) expands the inspection range *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "ZGP System" is a gas pressure welding method developed by the National Association of Pressure Welding Industry Cooperatives. It consists of a rebar cold right-angle cutting machine, an automatic pressurizer, a zone burner, an eco valve, and a straight pressure welder, allowing for a reduction in human error and ensuring stable quality compared to conventional rebar gas pressure welding methods. Additionally, the eco valve can reproduce a consistent flame, stabilizing quality and reducing unnecessary gas usage. 【Features】 ■ No human error, ensuring stable quality ■ Consistent welding regardless of the operator ■ The eco valve allows for the reproduction of a consistent flame ■ Quality is stable, and unnecessary gas usage is reduced ■ Construction data can be imported into a computer *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Manual gas pressure welding" involves aligning the ends of rebar and applying axial compression while heating the joint area with an oxy-acetylene flame, bringing it to a red-hot state without melting the joint surfaces, and expanding it to create a welded joint. Using a hydraulic pump, force is applied to the aligned surfaces of the rebar, and after the joint surfaces are closed, heating is continued with a neutral flame while further applying pressure, transitioning to a width burn to finish the welded area with a smooth shape. By following the construction procedures, stable quality can be ensured, and it can be performed with simple equipment. 【Features】 ■ Stable quality can be ensured by following the construction procedures ■ Integrated joints of rebar through atomic bonding ■ Can be performed with simple equipment *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "GE-A Method" by Actis Co., Ltd. excels in wind resistance due to gas shielding within the jig. By using contact chips, the protrusion length of the welding wire can be kept constant (ensuring stable current and voltage), allowing for precise arc welding without being affected by wire twisting. Additionally, it does not require pulling the rebar, enabling connections even between fixed rebars, making it suitable for PC methods and rebar pre-assembly methods. 【Features】 ■ Excellent wind resistance due to gas shielding within the jig ■ Downward welding allows for full range visual inspection without leaving backing bars ■ No need to pull the rebar, enabling connections between fixed rebars ■ Suitable for PC methods and rebar pre-assembly methods *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "3CW Reinforced Steel Welding Joint Method" is a new joint technology developed by a team of specialists in technical development. It achieves a good joint for high-strength rebar, which is considered difficult with current rebar joints. Additionally, it enables full-circle ultrasonic inspection, which was previously impossible, ensuring the provision of high-quality joints. 【Features】 ■ Utilizes high-quality bar steel (SNR490B) for excellent weldability ■ Joins high-strength rebar (SD490) and bar steel (SNR490B) using friction welding ■ Supports the skills of welding technicians for welding between bar steels ■ On-site rebar assembly uses fusion welding between bar steels ■ Guarantees high strength based on the cross-sectional area of the bar steel (SNR490B) *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
