The steel structure department has been supporting Yoshida Iron Works alongside the machining department since the early days of the company's founding, manufacturing steel materials for construction. As an H-grade certified factory, both factories process 12,000 to 15,000 tons annually, producing steel frames for various applications such as large shopping centers, logistics warehouses, and factories. Our company began its business relationship with Otis Elevator Japan in 1973, which led to the establishment of the Engineering Department. The Engineering Department primarily manufactures elevator components, but it also engages in the production of civil engineering components, as well as frames for outdoor transformers and parts for Shinkansen (bullet trains). The "DeoCart DCZ-30" is a diaper cart equipped with deodorizing and sterilizing functions, designed for use in nursing and medical facilities. When diapers are inserted, the unpleasant odors that were previously dispersed every time the lid was opened and closed are powerfully deodorized with ozone. Additionally, the oxidizing action of ozone effectively sterilizes the interior.
