Free membership registrationThe "Moldrock" is a super compact injection molding machine that can discharge up to 70cc on a tabletop. It achieves the performance of a molding machine with a maximum discharge volume of 70cc and a clamping force of 100 tons in a tabletop size, making it compatible with most thermoplastic resins (injection grades). By incorporating our patented technology of "complete resin melting," it enables molding that is free of voids, thinner, more precise, and retains the original functionality of the resin, allowing for low-pressure molding. While keeping initial and running costs down, it enables faster prototyping—rapid prototyping—realizing the development field's desire for "faster" and "more testing." *For more details, please refer to the materials available for download in PDF format or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe can accommodate various thermoplastic resins, including general-purpose resins, engineering plastics, super engineering plastics, biodegradable resins, and recycled resins, allowing for prototype production using the same resin as mass-produced items. This enables accurate functional evaluation not only of appearance but also of safety, durability, and operability, thereby shortening the evaluation period. Additionally, it is possible to check the environmental impact and recyclability. For more details on the compatible resins, please refer to the catalog and website. Free membership registrationBy utilizing the clamp-type closing mechanism, repeated molding becomes "Easy 3 Steps." By using the included clamp-type closing mechanism, Step 1: Set the mold → Step 2: Injection operation (up/down switch + injection button) → Step 3: Remove the mold. With these 3 steps, repeated molding can be easily achieved. Universities, public research institutions, and resin manufacturers are also making use of it. Each sample can be viewed in the showroom. For more details, please refer to the catalog and website. Related link - https://www.centinno.co.jp/

Free membership registrationIt is possible to easily perform dissimilar material bonding and resin sealing, starting with insert molding, on a tabletop. By combining various resins, we expand the range of prototypes and manufacturing possibilities, contributing to the enhancement of research and development capabilities and technical skills. By bonding different materials, it becomes possible to enhance functionality and reduce costs by utilizing the characteristics of each material. Insert molding between different resins is also possible. With NMT (Nano Molding Technology) and fully melted resin from Mold Lock, we have achieved a bonding strength that is about twice that of industrial adhesives (an average of approximately 45 MPa) in dissimilar material bonding (insert molding) between resin and metal. (Values from shear strength evaluation of aluminum alloy (A5052) and PPS according to ISO19095 evaluation method) For more details, please refer to the catalog and website. Free membership registrationThe compact mold lock, which can operate on tabletop and household power, allows for space-saving and highly flexible installation and operation. It operates quietly and minimizes the unique odors of molding factories, making effective use of available space. With a maximum discharge volume of 70cc, it can accommodate a wide range of resins, including high-performance ones, as well as molding and joining, enabling a minimal and highly flexible environment for small-batch, diverse production with just one mold lock. It is possible to significantly reduce initial costs as well as running costs for molds and purge resins, achieving cost minimization. Additionally, it is energy-efficient and has a low environmental impact, contributing not only to cost reduction but also to efforts towards the SDGs. By utilizing molds from prototyping, it enables seamless and consistent small-scale production using the same method. Related link - https://www.centinno.co.jp/

Free membership registrationIn a changing market environment, we assist in transforming traditional development processes and realizing the "faster" and "more experimentation" needs of development sites through high-quality "rapid prototyping" and "agile development." Even during the prototyping phase, we achieve high transferability, warpage-free, sink mark-free, and void-free molding by utilizing the characteristics of small injection molding machine mold locks. 1. Shortened prototyping cycle - Reduced production time for various molds due to miniaturization of molds. 2. Prototyping completed in-house - Enables in-house mold creation using resin molds and aluminum molds with 3D printers and 3D translators. - Allows for control of prototyping in-house. 3. Reduced development costs - Uses 100V power supply, no water cooling required, energy-saving, space-saving, and CO2 reduction. - Reduction of resin waste.
