Free membership registrationThe Japanese chemical paint "Pile Lock NS-v" is an environmentally friendly, solvent-free swelling waterproofing material for steel sheet piles, featuring high low-temperature fluidity. Compared to conventional products, its fluidity and strength at low temperatures have been improved, allowing for maintained work efficiency even during the cold winter months. The coating swells upon water absorption, filling the gaps at the joints (claw parts) of the steel sheet piles and enhancing the waterproofing effect. Additionally, "Pile Lock NS-v" is based on a urethane-type swelling resin and does not contain volatile organic solvents. It is environmentally friendly and ensures high safety during application. The use of a curing accelerator can also shorten the curing time. 【Features】 - No volatile organic solvents used - Curing time can be shortened with the use of a curing accelerator - Easy to apply as it only requires pouring and curing (hardening and drying) - Extracted water from the dried coating meets the groundwater standards based on the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act *For more details, please refer to the catalog. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.
