Wood that has been naturally dried to a moisture content of about 15-18% or artificially dried wood that has only been reduced to about 13% will shrink significantly when dried to a moisture content of 8%. Therefore, it is important to "teach the wood" to remember the over-dried state once. In our drying process, instead of rapidly drying at medium to high temperatures of 60-120°C, we use a method that slowly dries the wood at low temperatures of 40-50°C, where the moisture inside the material begins to escape. If we raise the temperature to medium or high ranges to speed up the drying process, the oil in the wood will evaporate along with the moisture, leading to cracks (especially internal cracks). [Three Reasons] ■ Once in an over-dried state, the board "remembers the drying" at that time. ■ Eliminates "moisture unevenness" in the board, allowing it to withstand sudden changes in humidity. ■ Dried at low temperatures, leaving "oil content intact," resulting in a clean dry to the core of the wood. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe select well-maintained logs suitable for interior materials, focusing on the local Kii Mountain area. The carefully selected logs are processed one by one, checking their condition before being sent to the sawmill, where they are cut in a manner suitable for creating interior materials. We combine natural drying and artificial drying to adjust the moisture content according to the intended use. Additionally, the finished products undergo final inspection and packaging, and we can accommodate direct shipping to customers' warehouses, work sites, or construction sites. 【Sawmilling / Drying】 ■ Sawmilling - We carefully examine the fine grain, color, condition, and logging location of the logs before purchasing them from the log market. ■ Drying - We continuously monitor the condition of the wood during the drying process. - After drying, we allow a designated acclimatization period to adjust the wood to the outside environment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce our indoor dog flooring "Tsuneyoshi," which we handle. Made from domestic cedar, it uses only the parts that dogs love. While it is prone to scratches, it allows dogs to firmly grip with their paws and nails. Additionally, by changing the milling method, we have cut it using only the straight grain known as "masame," which enhances the slip resistance. 【Features】 ■ Uses only the parts that dogs love from domestic cedar ■ Allows dogs to firmly grip with their paws and nails ■ Aligns the boards in a way that enhances grip and reduces slipping by eliminating knots ■ Unfinished, intentionally leaving the wood's texture intact without any coating *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
