A porous cast iron rusk with vibration damping performance comparable to rubber is coated with hard polyurethane resin to adapt to the usage environment. Since it is a sheet material, it can be processed into various flat shapes, and by fixing or sandwiching it near various sources of vibration, such as in machinery and parts vibration isolation, vibration isolation during the fixing of machinery to floors and walls, pipe supports, gaskets, and clean room floor vibration isolation, it can effectively reduce vibrations.

Using vibration reduction technology with porous cast iron RASK, we enhance the vibration control of conventional soundproof doors and significantly improve their sound insulation performance. It is capable of blocking ultra-low frequency sounds. In a nearby residential area, where blasting excavation noise reached around [87 dB] with standard soundproof doors, the introduction of RASK soundproof doors resulted in a reduction to [57 dB]. Since then, there have been about 27 instances of RASK soundproof doors being used in public works, demonstrating their effectiveness when needed.
