Free membership registrationA drone capable of autonomous flight without relying on GNSS uses a pole camera that can extend up to 11 meters to capture images of infrastructure structures (architecture and civil engineering). It extracts damage and creates damage diagrams using image analysis technology (AI and manual methods). Additionally, we can create three-dimensional models of structures and generate orthomosaic images according to customer requests. 【Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Published Inspection Support Technology Performance Catalog Adoption Records】 - Structural inspections (architecture, civil engineering, equipment): 240 cases - Among them, bridge inspection records: 49 bridges (19 prefectures) (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism: 26 bridges, prefectures: 12 bridges, municipalities: 11 bridges ⇒ within Aichi Prefecture: 13 bridges) 【Deliverables】 Captured images, damage photos (composite images/damage display), damage diagrams * Depending on requests, we can provide image layout diagrams, three-dimensional models, etc. 【Exhibition Information】 ■ Maintenance and Resilience TOKYO 2024 - International Drone Exhibition - 〇 Date: July 24 (Wed) to 26 (Fri) 〇 Venue: Tokyo Big Sight East Exhibition Hall 〇 Exhibitor Seminar: July 24 (Wed) 11:00 to 11:50 JDC Forum: July 26 (Fri) 12:10 to 12:30 Theme: Enhancing management operations for bridges and aqueducts using a three-dimensional inspection ledger.

Free membership registrationAt Sanxin Building Materials Industry Co., Ltd., we conduct surveys that include thermal images of exterior walls as visual aids for exterior wall inspections. By using infrared images in addition to traditional surveys, we can visually appeal to clients, leading to a deeper understanding. Additionally, for inspections of concrete structures, we utilize the radar rebar detector "SIR-EZ," which combines a control computer and exploration device into one, allowing for quick detection of rebar and non-metallic pipes within the structure. A laser pointer is used to indicate the location of the area currently being surveyed and the position of embedded objects such as rebar from the front and side of the exploration device. We provide a speedy rebar survey without careless mistakes. 【Features】 ■ Ability to visually appeal using infrared images ■ Quick detection of rebar and non-metallic pipes within concrete structures ■ Significant improvement in work efficiency by using a device equipped with a laser pointer ■ Various surveys including core sampling, compressive strength testing, carbonation testing, and report preparation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationAt SANSIN Construction Materials Co., Ltd., we aim to provide accurate inspections for structures (mortar) such as "floating" investigations and precise surveys after "floating" repairs, ensuring that there are no discrepancies in results regardless of who conducts the inspection. Using a method called "V-transmission," we propagate ultrasonic waves into the structure and detect delaminations (voids) within the structure from the waveforms of the reflected ultrasonic waves. Since ultrasonic waves can be transmitted and propagated through the air, there is no need for a contact medium. 【Features】 ■ Inspection results can be saved as data ■ No differences due to human perception ■ Ultrasonic waves can be transmitted and propagated through the air ■ No need for a contact medium *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration**Surface Impregnation Material** Surface impregnation materials are penetrating protective agents used to impart specific properties to the surface of concrete, such as preventing the intrusion of deterioration factors. They aim to modify the surface layer. Although surface impregnation materials are relatively inexpensive and easy to apply, there is a challenge in that there is no established construction method, and good modification effects are not consistently achieved on-site. This repair material successfully increases hardness by generating aluminosilicate minerals through the crosslinking of silica with aluminum and applying the developed "Sanken Method." **Sanken Method** Deteriorated concrete has enlarged capillary voids and tiny voids within the hydration product framework, making the surface brittle and more susceptible to water intrusion. The modification concept of the Sanken Method is to restore hardness by reinforcing the skeletal structure with impregnated silica and to enhance waterproofing by sealing capillary voids with silicates, thereby achieving effective results.

Free membership registrationThe Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is promoting the use of new technologies in regular inspections of road bridges and other structures, compiling each technology into a "Inspection Support Technology Performance Catalog." The "Inspection Support Technology Using Non-GPS Environment-Compatible Drones for Close Visual Inspections" has been included in this catalog since its publication in 2019. In October 2021, to enable broader application in various fields, high-altitude photography technology using pole cameras was added in addition to drone-based close-up imaging technology, and in June 2022, it was also registered in the "NETIS" managed by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. This technology uses drones equipped with a camera that has 'self-position estimation' and 'collision avoidance functions (Visual SLAM)' to perform close-up imaging of concrete components of bridge superstructures and substructures. The high-resolution camera captures images that allow for automatic crack detection through AI analysis, as well as precise recording of width, length, and other damage scales and locations, enabling the creation of orthomosaic images, damage diagrams, and three-dimensional models. [Advantages of Our Technology] - No need for traffic regulation due to the installation of bridge inspection vehicles - Reduction of hazardous work at heights, similar to rope access, etc.
