"SHOWAi-Logic" is an automatic valve control unit that senses and controls fluid conditions by itself. It is equipped with various sensors such as pressure, temperature, and flow, as well as a PLC. This enables various automatic controls of the valve independently. In addition to automatically controlling the opening and closing of the partition valve during pump start/stop for pump discharge, it can also be used for water supply control from rivers/lakes to storage tanks, and for preventive control of abnormal pressure increases due to rising temperatures in piping. We have heard numerous cases from customers regarding swing check valves installed near pump discharge outlets that have extremely short lifespans due to wear. In response, our company has independently developed this product, which achieves a longer lifespan through a structure different from conventional JIS standard products. Generally, stainless steel is often used for seawater lines, but there are concerns about pitting corrosion. The ES-type soft-seal partition valve developed by our company features a body made of FC material coated with nylon, and the valve body is a soft-seal valve lined with rubber. Furthermore, the valve stem (SUS304) is also coated with nylon. This prevents metal from coming into direct contact with the fluid, thereby preventing the occurrence of pitting corrosion. Additionally, in terms of cost, we can offer a more affordable solution compared to stainless steel products. We also provide a short face-to-face type with the intention of replacing butterfly valves.
