Free membership registrationWe will be showcasing the PosCheck, a workload automatic measurement system, as a product that can assist in the digitalization of manufacturing operations and the promotion of digital transformation (DX). This product observes work postures in a normal working position without the need for measurement markers, automatically determines the level of workload based on the OWAS method, and displays and records the results in real-time. For example, it can measure an 8-hour workday and re-evaluate tasks with high workload assessments as needed, allowing for the identification of processes that require improvement. Additionally, it can be used to measure the same tasks performed by novice and veteran workers, or to verify the differences in posture and workload before and after the introduction of power suits or assistive devices, providing various applications suited to the work environment. The digitalization of measurement tasks and records allows you to utilize the measurement results as verified data in report materials, so we encourage you to check the accuracy of the measurements, the recorded content, and the displayed information at our demonstration exhibit. Our technicians will also be present during the event, so please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
