The "SHRTM Method" involves attaching a reciprocating mixing device to a general-purpose backhoe, pumping slurry (cement milk) produced by a batch plant to a grout pump, and forcing it out from the tip of the mixing device to mix soil and solidifying agents through the reciprocating mixing device. Due to the V-shaped mixing wings being configured vertically, it possesses the same mixing performance for both the excavation and extraction processes, allowing for the construction of a uniform improved body. 【Features】 ■ Ground improvement is possible with a general-purpose backhoe ■ Capable of constructing a good quality improved body ■ Equipment can be selected based on site conditions ■ Real-time management is possible via a touch panel ■ The solidifying agent used is of the hexavalent chromium suppression type *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe SHM method is a technique that solidifies a cement slurry (cement milk) produced at a plant by adding and mixing it into a mortar-like consistency in soft shallow ground. A general-purpose backhoe is equipped with a mixing bucket, and the cement slurry is discharged from a uniquely developed slurry distribution device attached to the arm, allowing for the creation of a reliable and uniform improved body. Additionally, the construction management system displays the mixing depth and slurry injection amount on a touch panel in the operator's seat, enabling real-time management and recording. 【Features】 ○ Almost no scattering of solidifying materials ○ Real-time management is possible ○ Dispersion and mixing can be performed with a general-purpose backhoe ○ Applicable to soil types such as loam, clay, sandy soil, and gravelly soil ○ Selection of construction machinery can be based on site conditions and construction ground For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
