"Rapid CleanClean" is a non-electrolytic (two-liquid mixed) mildly acidic hypochlorous acid water produced by diluting sodium hypochlorite with dilute hydrochloric acid and adjusting the pH. It exhibits powerful disinfection effects even at low chlorine concentrations, has minimal disinfectant odor, and does not cause discoloration or bleaching like sodium hypochlorite when it comes into contact with clothing.
