A safety guide rail is a technology used during shaft excavation when transporting soil and temporary materials. It involves attaching a guide rail to the liner plate, and during soil transport, the guide rail is supported by bearings, allowing for lifting operations of the bucket at a fixed position. This eliminates lateral swaying of the bucket and the dropping of soil or materials inside the bucket during lifting operations, thereby enhancing the safety of workers. Traditionally, buckets were raised and lowered directly by cranes, which caused lateral swaying and the dropping of soil inside the bucket, necessitating workers to evacuate inside the collection well. Using a guide rail allows for lifting at a fixed position, providing peace of mind. 【Features】 ○ Improved safety ○ Enhanced work efficiency ○ Peace of mind due to fixed position lifting ○ No lateral swaying or dropping of soil inside the bucket ○ NETIS registration SK-110017-A ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
