"MECHA ECO PRESS HI-L53" is a lubrication-enhanced type of press processing lubricant. It appears as a yellow-brown liquid with a specific gravity (at 15°C) of 0.98. The components include vegetable oil, mineral oil, and extreme pressure additives (sulfur, phosphorus). 【CP-CU】 ● The oil component strongly adsorbs to the surface, suppressing corrosion and discoloration of copper and copper alloys. ● It has a low dynamic viscosity (below 4 mm²/s) and forms an extremely thin soft oil film (1-2 µm), leaving no stickiness. ● The effective period for discoloration suppression is approximately 3 months (indoors).
